The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                                  002:201

 

فَاِذَا قَضَيۡتُمۡ مَّنَاسِكَکُمۡ فَاذۡکُرُوا اللّٰهَ كَذِكۡرِكُمۡ اٰبَآءَکُمۡ اَوۡ اَشَدَّ ذِکۡرًا ؕ فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ يَّقُوۡلُ رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِى الدُّنۡيَا وَمَا لَهٗ فِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ مِنۡ خَلَاقٍ‏

 

Fa-ezaa-qa-zai-toom-ma-naa-say-ka-koom-fuz-ko-rool-laa-ha                                          Ka-zik-ray-koom-aa-baa-aa-koom-auo-aa-shu-da-zik-raa.                                                      Fa-may-nun-naa-say-mun-ya-qoo-lo                                                                                          Rub-ba-naa-aa-tay-naa-fid-doon-ya                                                                                            Wa-maa-la-hoo-fil-aa-khay-ra-tay-min-kha-laa-q.

 

So when you have completed your worships, then remember Allah                        Like your remembering your forefathers or a stronger remembrance.                Thus among people is he who says,                                                                                   “God of us all, give us here in the present world.”                                                          And he will not have any share in the Hereafter.

 

Except for the words مَّنَاسِكَکُمۡ  (the 5th and 6th in this verse 002:201) instead of the word الصَّلٰوةِ (the 5th in 004:104), the words below till the 9th word are the same as in 004:104

  • فَ — Fa — So (= Consequently; as a result; so; thus; therefore; yet)
  • اِذَاۤ — Ezaa — When (= Any time or event; occasion, opportunity; whenever)
  • قَضَي — Qa-zai — Completed (= v., past., 2nd person. Accomplished; completed; filled;  finished; fully executed; fully performed)
  • تُمۡ — Toom — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person. You. The Holy Qor-aan states this way when addressing both men and women jointly)
  • مَنَاسِك — Ma-naa-say-ka — Worships (= Acts of worships effective to get the best results.   The appropriate, proper and suitable methods, strategies, techniques or ways, to express devotion in worship.   Also the rites and religious ceremonies prescribed for the pilgrimage to Mecca to perform the Hujj)
  • كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person.,  You .  See تُمۡ above)
  • فَ — Fa…(uz) — Then (= Consequently; as a result; so; thus; therefore; yet)
  • اذۡكُرُوۡا — Uzko-roo(l) — Remember (= v., pres., pl., 3rd person. Attend; bear in; call to mind; celebrate; extol; heed; pay attention; think about. Also, beseech; pray; praise)
  • ٱللَّهَ — Laa-ha — Allah (= The Almighty God; The only One worthy of worship)
  • كَ — Ka — Like (= Example; identical; resembling; similar; similitude)
  • ذِكۡرِ — Zik-ray — Remembrance (= n., Laud; memorialize; mention; name and fame; praise; renown; talk about; esteem in which one is held)
  • كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person.,  You .  See تُمۡ above)
  • اٰبَآء — Aa-baa-aa — Forefathers (= Elders; parents and grandparents)
  • كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person.,  You .  See تُمۡ above)
  • اَوۡ — Auo — Or (= Alternatively; in substitution)
  • اَشَدَّ — Aa-shud-da — Stronger (= adj., Better; firmer; greater; harder; more effective.  A/t/a, ‘heart and souls’, ‘earnest devout lauding’, ‘hearty lauding’, ‘deeper reverence’, ‘lively remembrance’ and ‘greater eagerness’)
  • ذِکۡرًا — Zik-raa — Remembrance (= n., Memory; mention; name and fame; praise; renown; talk about; esteem in which one is held)
  • فَ — Fa — Thus (= Consequently; as a result; so; then; therefore; yet)
  • مِنَ — May-n…(un) — Among (= Among, from or out of the class, category, count, kind or several articles, things, persons or phenomenon)
  • النَّاسِ — Un-naa-say — The people (= Factions; folks, mankind, groups, men, nations or tribes Human beings)
  • مَنۡ — Mun — Who (= Anyone; whoever; whom; whomever; whoso
  • يَقُولُ — Ya-qoo-lo — Says (= v., pr., s., m, 3rd person. Asks, beseeches, calls, prays,  invokes, requests, submits, states or supplicates to the Almighty God)
  • رَبَّ — Rub-ba — God (= The Almighty Allah who fills all needs of all creatures; Creator; Guardian; Master; The Lord Provident; The Only One Who provides all that sustains life.  Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all His other creatures need to live and subsist)
  • نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., m & f., 1st person. Us all)
  • اٰتِ — Aa-tay — Give (= v., 2nd person., Award; bestow; bless; bring; deliver;  donate; entrust; gift; grant; hand down; provide; reach with; reward)
  • نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., m & f., 1st person. Us all)
  • فِى — F…(id) — In (= 1. Amidst, among, contained or inside a duration, event time, place, period, thing or situation.  2. Concerning; in reference, regarding; relative to)
  • ٱلدُّنۡيا —  Doon-ya — The present world (= Close at hand.  Life … on earth, in the near or short term. The near life, of this world. The near one. The World at hand with its benefits, happiness or pleasures. The Hither, the opposite of the Hereafter or Life after death)
  • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
  • مَاۤ — Maa — No (= Absolutely not; not at all; never)
  • لَ — La — For (= Belonging to; for the attention, benefit, purpose or reason of)
  • هٗ — Hoo — Him (= pro., s., m., 3rd person. Refers to aforesaid person)
  • فِى — F…(il) — In (= Amidst, among or inside; concerning.   See فِى  above)
  • الۡاٰخِرَةِ — Aa-khay-ra-tay — The Ending (= 1. Blessings, Life, People, Times or Hour ahead, coming in future, Hereafter, later, next, yet to come.   2.  Judgment Day.  Life after death.  Resurrection.  3.  Something in the distant future.   Succeeding hour.  4.  The world – the coming, last, later, next, or the other)
  • مِنۡ  — Min —  From (= Among, from or out of the class, category, count, kind or several articles, things, persons or phenomenon)
  • خَلَا قٍ‏ — Kha-laa-q — Share  (= Allocation; inheritance; part; portion of gain; section.
