The Holy Qor-aan 002:269
اَلشَّيۡطٰنُ يَعِدُ كُمُ الۡـفَقۡرَ وَيَا ۡمُرُكُمۡ بِالۡفَحۡشَآءِ ۚ وَاللّٰهُ يَعِدُ كُمۡ مَّغۡفِرَةً مِّنۡهُ وَفَضۡلًا ؕ وَاللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيۡمٌۚؕ
Ush-shai-taa-no-ya-aiy-da-ko-mool-fuk-ra Wa-yau-mo-ro-ko-mool-fah-shaa-aiy Wul-laa-ho-ya-aiy-do-toom-mugh-fay-ra-ton Min-ho-wa-fudz-laa. Wul-laa-ho-waa-say-oon-alee-m.
The Satan promises you poverty And incites you to wicked ways. And by God Allah promises you forgiveness And abundance from Him. And by God Allah is All-Embracing, All-knowing.
- اَلشَّيۡطٰنُ — Ush-shai-taa-no — The Satan (= n., s., A bad, evil or false deity, friend, leader or Satanic companion. The devil. The Evil Embodiment. The evil One. The evil spirited person. The evil personified. Polytheist. Rebellious ringleader. Also, a hypocrite; an idol-worshipper)
- يَعِدُ — Ya-aiy-do — Promises (= v., pres., s., m., 3rd person. Assures; guarantees; gives out or holds out his word; incites; lures; pledges; prompts; spurs; swears; tempts; undertakes; urges; vouches. A/t/a, Satan threatens with the poverty unless you commit lewd or niggardly acts to avoid poverty, become rich and, accumulate wealth)
- کُمُ — Ko-mo…(ol) — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person., You. The Holy Qor-aan states that way when addressing both men and women jointly
- الۡـفَقۡرَ — Fuk-ra — Poverty (= Destitution; straitened situation)
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
- يَاۡ مُرُ — Yau-mo-ro — He incites (= v., pres., s., 3rd person. Here the word describes Satan’s actions towards man and can be translated as he bids, enjoins, exhorts, directs, incites, instructs, moves, motivates, prompts, spurs, spurts, tempts or urges deviously, secretly, sneakily and underhandedly. - الۡفَحۡشَآءِ — Fah-shaa-aiy — Wicked ways (= n., pl., Abominations. Indecencies. Illegalities. Inherently bad, evil, foul, immoral, improper, lewd, obscene, repulsive, shameful, sinful or unseemly acts, conducts, deeds, practices or things. Violations. A/t/a niggardliness or tenaciousness)
- وَ — Wa… (ul) — And (= The وَ vaao is tantamount to taking oath; solemn declaration or calling as a witness. Normally a Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; also; and; but; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
- اللّٰهُ — Laa-ho — Allah (= The Almighty God; The only One worthy of worship)
- يَعِدُ — Ya-aiy-do — Promises (= v., pres., s., m., 3rd person. Assures. See يَعِدُ above)
- کُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., m., 2nd person., You. See کُمُ above)
- مَّغۡفِرَةً — Mugh-fay-ra-ton — Forgiveness (= n., Excusing; looking over; pardon; protection; salvation)
- مِّنَ — Min — From (= From the class, category, count or person of)
- هُ — Ho — Him (= pro., s., m., 3rd person. Refers to the Almighty God)
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
- فَضۡلًا — Fudz-laa — Abundance (= Abundant blessing; affluence; bounty; kindness; plenteous goodness)

All-Pervading. Amply giving. Infinitely Bountiful. Munificent. Omnipresent. Who fills needs of all His creatures. Persistently plentiful in Abundance. Unimaginably Expansive. Vastly Sufficient)
- عَلِيۡمٌ — Alee-m — All-Knowing (= superlative form indicates the greatest, the highest, the most, and highlights that none more than Him knows, is knowing. Informed to the maximum. Has total and perfect knowledge. Has nothing out of sight. Knows all. Nothing whatever is beyond or out of His knowing. Well-Acquainted. Well-Aware. Most Knowledgeable
