The Holy Qor-aan 003:195
رَبَّنَا وَاٰتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلٰى رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخۡزِنَا يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ ؕ اِنَّكَ لَا تُخۡلِفُ الۡمِيۡعَادَ
Rub-ba-naa-wa-aa-tay-naa-maa Wa-ud-ta-na-alaa-ro-so-lay-ka Wa-laa-tookh-zay-naa-yao-mul-qay-yaa-ma-tay In-na-ka-laa-tookh-lay-fool-me-aa-d
God of us all! And give us all that You had promised us through Your prophets And do not disgrace us on the Judgment Day. Surely You never go against the promise made to Your prophets
- رَبَّ — Rub-ba — God (= The Almighty Allah who fills needs of all creatures; Cherisher; Creator; Guardian; Master; Lord Provident. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. The Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all other creatures need to live and subsist. See 002:287)
- نَآ — Naa — All of us (= pro., pl., 1st person. We. Us)
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
- اٰتِ — Aa-tay — Give (= v., 2nd person., Award; bestow; bless; bring; deliver; donate; entrust; gift; grant; hand down; provide; reach with; reward)

- مَاۤ — Maa — All that (= What; whatever; whatsoever; when; whenever)
- وَعَدتَّ — Wa-ud-ta — Promised (= v., past., s., 2nd person. Announced; appointed; assured; communicated; fixed; guaranteed; made; pledged; set up a covenant. A/t/a, ‘Thou hast promised’ and ‘Thou didst promise’)
- نَآ — Naa — All of us (= pro., pl., 1st person. We. Us)
- عَلٰى — Alaa — Through (= Above; against; before; during; for; on; on top of; over; to; upon. A/t/a, ‘by’)
- رُسُلِ — Ro-so-lay — Messengers (= pl., Apostles; God’s messengers; prophets; sages; saints)
- كَ — Ka — Your (= pro., s., m., 2nd person. You. Ref to the Almighty God)
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ above)
- لَا — Laa — Do not (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute
- تُخۡزِ — Tookh-zay — Disgrace (= v., pres., s., 2nd person. Abase; catch; dishonor; humiliate; insult; shame. A/t/a, ‘Save us from shame,’ ‘cast shame upon us’ and ‘confound’)
- نَآ — Naa — All of us (= pro., pl., 1st person. We. Us)

- الۡقِيٰمَةِ — Qay-yaa-mah — Judgment (= Reckoning; Resurrection; Ultimate settlement)
- اِنَّ — In-na — Certainly (= Absolutely; definitely; doubtlessly; earnestly; indeed; positively; really; seriously; surely; truly; verily. A/t/a, ‘Lo’)

- تُخۡلِفُ — Tookh-lay-fo…(ol) — Go against (= pro., s., m., 2nd person. Flout; violate. A/t/a, ‘Thou breakest not Thy promise,’ ‘Thou never breakest Thy promise,‘ ‘Thou breakest not,’ ‘Thou never failest in (Thy) promise !’ and ‘Thou dost not contrary’)
