** Note 004:037. The Arabic root  ش ر ك  refers to an equality and partnership. It carries in its derivates the meanings of affirming, alleging, ascribing, asserting, attributing, declaring, holding, imputing, owing allegiance or setting up any associate, equal, participant, partner or partnership with God. Iss-laa-m negates, and every derivative of this root relates to a total denial of treating or worshipping any kind of equality or partnership with One God. There is absolute prohibition against bowing, serving or worshipping in any form or shape any god, deity or thing besides the One and Only One Almighty Allah. See Abraham was not an idolater.

The Holy Qor-aan has used many derivates from this root like the following examples.
