The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                               005:046

Wa-ka-tub-na-alai-him-fee-haa-un-nuf-sa-bin-nuf-say                                                                Wul-aiy-na-bil-aiy-nay-wul-un-fa-bil-un-fay                                                                              Wul-o-zo-na-bil-o-zo-nay-wus-sin-na-bis-sin-nay                                                                      Wul-jo-roo-ha-qay-saas

Fa-mun-ta-sud-da-qa-bay-he                                                                                                             Fa-ho-wa-kuf-faa-ra-toon-la-ho                                                                                                          Wa-mun-lum-yah-koom-bay-maa-un-za-lul-laa-ho                                                                      Fa-o-laa-aiy-ka-ho-mooz-zaa-lay-moo-n

We made binding on them in it (Torah) that a life with a life,                                    And an eye with an eye, and a nose with a nose,                                                              And an ear with an ear, and a tooth with a tooth,                                                            And injuries have the compensation.

But whoever charitably forgoes with it                                                                          Then that is an expiation for him.                                                                                    And whoever won’t decide with what Allah has entrusted                                        Then they all are the wrongdoers.
