The Holy Qor-aan 005:084
وَاِذَا سَمِعُوۡا مَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَى الرَّسُوۡلِ تَرٰٓى اَعۡيُنَهُمۡ تَفِيۡضُ مِنَ الدَّمۡعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُوۡا مِنَ الۡحَـقِّۚ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَاۤ اٰمَنَّا فَاكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ الشّٰهِدِيۡنَ
Wa-ezaa-sa-may-oo-maa-oon-zay-la-elur-ra-soo-lay Ta-raa-au-yo-na-hoom-ta-fee-dzo-may-nud-dum-aiy Mim-maa-aa-ra-foo-may-nul-huq-quay Ya-qoo-loo-na-rub-ba-naa-aa-mun-naa Fuk-toob-naa-ma-ush-shaa-hay-dee-n
And when they heard what was entrusted to the Messenger You saw their eyes shedding tears Because they recognized it as among the Truth. They say, “God of us all! We have believed. So please record us along with the witnesses.”

- اُنۡزِلَ — Oon-zay-la — Was entrusted (= v., past., pass., s, 3rd person. Dispatched, given, granted, inspired; revealed. Handed, laid, lowered, or sent down. Delivered; landed upon; provided; released; supplied. See Note 002:005a. A/t/a, ‘has been revealed,’ ‘sent down,’ ‘the revelation received’ and ‘was revealed’)
- اِلَى — E-la … (ur) — To (= In the direction of; to; towards)
- الرَّسُوۡلِ — Ra-soo-lay — The Messenger (= n., s. Apostle; messenger; prophet; sage; saint. A/t/a, ‘the Messenger,’ ‘the Messenger (Muhammad s.a.w),’ ‘this Messenger’ and ‘this perfect Messenger’)
- تَرٰى — Ta-ra — You saw (= v., past., pl., 2nd person. Could see, look, observe, view, watch or witness. See Note 002:244a. A/t/a, ‘thou wilt See,’ ‘you will see,’ ‘Thou seest,’ ‘you will find’ and ‘you see’)
- اَعۡيُنَ — Au-yo-na — Eyes (= n., pl. The part of human body that sis used for seeing)
- هُمۡ — Hoom — Their (= pro., pl., m., 3rd person. Those men; they; theirs)
- تَفِيۡضُ — Ta-fee-dzo — Shedding (= v., pres., f/g., 3rd person. Flooding, flowing, gushing, pouring, rolling, running, shedding or surging. A/t/a, ‘overflowing,’ ‘overflow’ and ‘fill with’)
- مِنَ — May-na … (ud) — Among (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon. A/t/a, ‘with’)
- الدَّمۡعِ — Dum-aiy — Tears (= n., The fluid that oozes out of eyes when a person goes thru extreme joy, grief or sickness. Tears of blood is a proverb that expresses extreme anguish suffered by one who finds himself utterly helpless. A/t/a, ‘tears’)
- مِّمَّا — Mim-maa — Out of (= Combination of two words. مِنۡ (min) means from and مَاۤ (maa) means all that, what, whatever or whatsoever. A/t/a, ‘for,’ ‘because of’ and ‘as they’)

- يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ — Ya-qoo-loo-na — They say (= v., pres., pl., 3rd person. A/t/a, ‘They say’ and They affirm’)
- رَبَّ — Rub-ba — God (= The Almighty Allah who fills needs of all creatures; Cherisher; Creator; Guardian; Master; Lord Provident. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. The Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all other creatures need to live and subsist)
- نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., m/g., pl., 1st person. Our; Us)
- اٰمَنَّا — Aa-mun-naa — We have believed (= v., past., pl. 1st person. We have believed in the Holy Qor-aan and accepted Islam. Admitted, affirmed, approved, confirmed concurred, corroborated, entered, evidenced, proved, testified and witnessed to have become Moslems. But ‘we believe’ in the present tense is no translation of the text of the Holy Qor-aan in the past tense)

- اكۡتُبۡ — (U)k-toob — Record (= v., pres., 2nd person. Write; write down; write up. A/t/a, ‘write … down,’ ‘inscribe’ and ‘count’)
