The Holy Qor-aan 006:033
وَ مَا الۡحَيٰوةُ الدُّنۡيَاۤ اِلَّا لَعِبٌ وَّلَهۡوٌ ؕ وَلَـلدَّارُ الۡاٰخِرَةُ خَيۡرٌ لِّـلَّذِيۡنَ يَتَّقُوۡنَؕ اَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ
Wa-mul-ha-yaa-tood-don-yaa-il-lul-la-aiy-boon-wa-lah-woon Wa-la-daa-rool-aa-khay-ra-tay-khai-roon-lil-la-zee-nut-ta-qoo Aa-fa-laa-tau-qay-loo-n
And the present life is nothing but a sport and a pastime And the home of the Hereafter is best for those who pursue piety. Why don’t you act wisely?

Extensions in living. Peaceful life with safety and security. Any measure to save and safeguard life)
- ٱلدُّنۡيا — Doon-ya — The present (= Close at hand. Life … on earth, in the near or short term. The near life, of this world. The near one. The World at hand with its benefits, happiness or pleasures. The Hither, the opposite of the Hereafter or Life after death. A/t/a, ‘of this world,’ ‘of the world,’ ‘this world’s,’ ‘worldly’ and ‘the hither’)
- اَلَّا — Il-laa — Except (= Apart from; besides; excluding; save; unless A/t/a, ‘nothing but,’ ‘is but’ and ‘but a’)
- لَعِبٌ — La-aiy-boon … (wa) — Sport (= n., Amusement. Entertainment. Game. Play. Sports event. A/t/a, ‘play,’ ‘pastime,’ ‘sport’ and ‘futile’)

- لَهۡوَا۟ — Luh-wa — Pastime (= n., Distraction. Diversion. Pointless pursuit. Worthless work. Any empty, idle, frolicky, futile. otiose, playful, useless, time-wasting, trivial or vain activity. A/t/a, ‘Amusement,’ ‘pastime,’ ‘a sport,’ ‘idle sport,’ ‘play’ and ‘frivolous thing causing diversion (from God)’

- الۡاٰخِرَةُ — Aa-khay-ra-to — The Hereafter (= n., Ahead. Coming. Ending. Future. Last. Next. Also, the Judgment Day, Resurrection. or Succeeding hour. A/t/a, ‘the Hereafter,’ ‘last’ and ‘life to come’)
- خَيۡرٌ — Khai-roon — Excellent (= adj., Apex; best; greatest; highest; supreme; superior; the top. Also, comparatively superior or of better, greater or higher value. A/t/a, ‘is best,’ ’is better,’ ‘better is,’ ‘Better far’ and ‘far better’)
- لِّ — L… (il) — For (= Because of; concerning; due to; for the object, purpose or reason of; intended for; on account of; regarding; relative to; to; towards. A/t/a, ‘for’)
- ٱلَّذِينَ — (I)l-la-zee-na — Those who (= pl., m, 3rd person. Refers to those articles, persons, or phenomenon or things in masculine gender)
- يَتَّقُوۡنَ — Yut-ta-qoo-n — They be pious (= v., pres., pl., 3rd person. Avoid angering Allah; act piously and righteously; become God-fearing, and righteous; clean inner self; do duty to God; guard against and ward off evil; parlay or pursue piety.
