The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                                       06:049

 

وَمَا نُرۡسِلُ الۡمُرۡسَلِيۡنَ اِلَّا مُبَشِّرِيۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ‌ۚ  فَمَنۡ اٰمَنَ وَاَصۡلَحَ فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُوۡنَ

Wa-maa-noor-say-lool-moor-sa-le-na-il-laa                                                                                  Mo-baush-shay-re-na-wa-mon-zay-re-na                                                                                        Fa-mun-aa-ma-na-wa-us-la-ha-fa-laa                                                                                            Khao-foon-alai-him-wa-laa-hoom-yauh-za-noo-n

 

We never send the messengers except                                                                                As the bearers of good news and carriers of warnings.                                                  So, whoever believed and reformed, then no                                                                Fear upon them and they shall not grieve.

               

  • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet)
  • مَاۤ — Maa  — Never (= No, none; not at all; not. A/t/a, ‘only’ and ‘not’) 
  • نُرۡسِلُ — Noor-say-lo … (ol) — We send  (= v., pres., pl., 1st person. Deliver; depute; dispatch)
  • الۡمُرۡسَلِيۡنَ — Mor-sa-le-na — The messengers (= n., Apostles. Deputies. Messengers. Prophets. Saints. A/t/a, ‘Our Apostles’)
  • اَلَّا — Il-laa — Except (= Nothing but; save. A/t/a, ‘but’)
  • مُبَشِّرِيۡنَ — Mo-baush-shay-re-na — Bearers of good news (= n., pl., Announcers, bearers,  carriers, deliverers, givers or sharers of the Truth, a good, glad, happy or joyous info, news, tiding or proclamation.  A/t/a, ‘bearers of good news,’ ‘Bearers of good tidings,’ ‘bearers of glad tiding.’ But the verb in ‘give good news,’ ‘giver of glad tidings’ or ‘give good news to mankind’ is no translation of what the Holy Qor-aan has stated with a noun)
  • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  • مُنۡذِرِيۡنَ — Moon-zay-re-na — Carrier of warnings (= n., pl., Announcers, bearers, carriers or givers of a bad news, sad news or a warning. A/t/a, ‘warners’ and ‘Warners (to disbelievers and evildoers).’ But the verb in ‘to warn’ and ‘warn them’ is no translation of what the Holy Qor-aan has stated with a noun)
  • فَ — Fa — Then (= After all this; at the end; consequently; finally; hence; so; thereafter; therefore; thus)
  • مَنۡ — Mun — Who (= Anyone; whoever; whom; whomever; whoso; whosoever. A/t/a, ‘those who’ and ‘Those that’)
  • اٰمَنَ — Aa-ma-na — He Believed (= v., past., s., 3rd person., Believed in Holy Qor-aan,  became Moslems and entered in the Faith of Iss-laam. A/t/a, ‘believe,’ ‘believes,’ ‘believeth’ and ‘believe in them’ which are verbs in the present tense and no  translation of what the Holy Qor-aan has stated with a verb in the past tense)  
  • وَ  — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  • اَصۡلَحَ — Us-la-ha — Reformed (= v., past., s., 3rd person. Ameliorated; amended; bettered. Brought about healthy, corrected, enriched, improved, and mended ways. Reorganized. Revolutionized. Set things right. Settled down. Upgraded. A/t/a,  ‘mend (Their lives),’ ‘reform themselves,’ ‘amend their ways,’ ‘mends his ways,’ ‘acts rightly,’ ‘doth right,’ ‘work righteousness’ and ‘does righteous good deeds’ which are verbs in the present tense are no translation of what the Holy Qor-aan has stated with a  verb in the past tense)  
  • فَ — Fa –Then (= After all this; finally; hence; thus See فَ  above)
  • لَا — Laa — No (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; total denial without exception A/t/a, ‘shall be no,’ ‘shall have no,’ ‘subject neither to,’ ‘shall come no,’ ‘there shall no,’ ‘no … shall be’ and ‘shall have nothing’)
  • خَوۡفٌ — Khao-foon — Fear (= n., Anxiety; apprehension; being afraid. A/t/a, ‘cause of fear’)
  • عَلَيۡ — Alai — Upon (= Above; against; before; during; for; on; over; upon. A/t/a, ‘come upon’)
  • هِمۡ — Him — Them (= pro., pl., m., 3rd person. Those men; they; theirs. A/t/a, ‘such’)
  • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  • لَا — Laa — No (= Naught; nothing. See لَا above. A/t/a, (for this and the prior word) ‘nor’)
  • هُمۡ — Hoom — Them (= pro., pl., m., 3rd person. Those men; they; theirs)
  • يَحۡزَنُوۡنَ — Yauh-za-noo-n — Grieve (= v., pres., pl., m., 3rd person. Be afraid; put to grief. A/t/a, ‘shall they grieve,’ ‘to grief’ and ‘regret’)
