وَاَنۡذِرۡ بِهِ الَّذِيۡنَ يَخَافُوۡنَ اَنۡ يُّحۡشَرُوۡۤا اِلٰى رَبِّهِمۡ‌ لَـيۡسَ لَهُمۡ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِهٖ وَلِىٌّ وَّلَا شَفِيۡعٌ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُوۡنَ

Waun-zir-bay-hil-la-zee-na-ya-khaa-foo-na                                                                                    Un-yoh-sha-roo-elaa-rub-bay-him                                                                                                    Lai-sa-la-hoom-min-do-nay-he                                                                                                      Wa-lee-yoon-wa-laa-sha-fee-oon                                                                                                      La-ul-la-hoom-yut-ta-qoo-n

And warn with it those who fear                                                                                         That they will be gathered to their God —                                                                            Not for them other than Him is a                                                                                           Friend and no Intercessor —                                                                                                  That they may be pious.

• اَنۡذِرۡ — Un-zir — Warn (= v., pres., s., 2^nd person. Alert; caution; foretell; forewarn; make aware; presage. Also, advise, counsel, inform, notify ahead of the coming event or tell. A/t/a, ‘Give this warning’)
• بِ — Bay — With (= Literally the word بِ  means with. A/t/a, ‘to,’ ‘by’ and ‘thereby’)
• هِ — Hay … (il) — It (= pro., s., m., 3^rd person. Refers to what is stated in the prior verse, i.e., the Holy Qor-aan. A/t/a,  ‘thereby’ and ‘therewith’)
• ٱلَّذِينَ — Ul-la-zee-na — Those who (= pl., m, 3^rd person. Refers to said persons. A/t/a, ‘in whose’)
• يَخَافُوۡنَ  — Ya-khaa-foo-na — Fear (= v., pres., pl., 3^rd person. Are afraid; apprehend; scared of. A/t/a, ‘fear (because they know),’ ‘dread’ and ‘In … (hearts) is the fear’)
• اَنۡ — Un — That (= So that)
• يُّحۡشَرُوۡۤا — Yoh-sha-roo — They be gathered (= v., pres., pass., pl., 3^rd person. Assembled; brought together; gathered. A/t/a, ‘will be gathered,’ ‘shall be gathered,’ ‘shall be gathered together’ and ‘will be brought (To Judgment)’
• اِلَى — Elaa — To (= In the direction of; to; towards. A/t/a, ‘before,’ ‘unto’ and ‘of’)
• رَبِّ — Rub-bay —  The Lord God (= The Almighty Allah who fills all needs of all creature Cherisher; Creator; Guardian; Master; Lord Provident. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all other creatures need to live and subsist. A/t/a, ‘Lord’)
• هِمۡ — Him — Their (= pro., pl., m., 3^rd person. Those men; they; theirs)
• لَيۡسَ — Lai-sa — Not (= Never; no; not all; absolute and total negation. A/t/a, ‘Except,’ ‘shall have no,’ ‘when there will be neither’ and ‘have neither’)
• لَ — La — For (= Because of; concerning; due to; for the object, purpose or reason of; intended for; on account of; regarding; relative to. Also, belonging to; to; towards)
• هُمۡ‌ — Hoom — Them (= pro., pl., m., 3^rd person. Those men; they; theirs. A/t/a, ‘Him’ and ‘whom’)
• مِنۡ — Min — From (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon)
• دُوۡنِ — Doo-nay — Other than (= Apart from; besides; except; excluding; exclusive of;  in preference to; over and beyond; save; to the exclusion of the rest of. A/t/a, (this and the prior word) ‘besides’ and ‘beside’)
• هٖ — He — His (= pro., s., m., 3^rd person. Refers to the Almighty God)
• وَلِىٌّ — Wa-lee-yoon — Friend (= n., Friend in need is a friend indeed. Helper. One who heeds in time of need. Patron. Supporter. Well-wisher. A/t/a, ‘Protector,’ ‘protecting friend’ and ‘Guardian.’ ** Often added are the superlatives like dearest, earnest, guarding, protecting, real, sincere and true added to the word friend when used as an attribute to God Almighty)
• وَّ  — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
• لَا — Laa — No (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute denial and total negation without exception. A/t/a, (this and the prior word) ‘nor’)
• شَفِيۡعٌ — Sha-fee-oon — Intercessor (= n., One who intervenes, recommends or requests for a favorable treatment and kindness)
• لَعَلَّ — La-ul-la — May (= Haply; hopefully; perchance; perhaps; possibly; maybe; wanting and wishing the result to be. A/t/a, ‘That … may’ and ‘so (warn them) that’)
• هُمۡ‌ — Hoom — They (= pro., pl., m., 3^rd person. Those men; they; theirs)
• يَتَّقُوۡنَ — Yut-ta-qoo-n — They be pious (= v., pres., pl., 3^rd person. God fearing; mindful of duty to God; righteous; upright; ward off evil. See Commentary The Righteous and 002:005 for other differently worded meanings. A/t/a, ‘become righteous,’ ‘guard (against evil),’ ‘may guard against evil,’ ‘may guard themselves against evil,’ ‘may ward off (evil),’ ‘keep their duty’ and ‘keep their duty to Him (by abstaining from committing sin and by doing all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained’)
