The Holy Qor-aan 006:065
قُلِ اللّٰهُ يُنَجِّيۡكُمۡ مِّنۡهَا وَمِنۡ كُلِّ كَرۡبٍ ثُمَّ اَنۡـتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُوۡنَ
Qo-lil-laa-ho-yo-nuj-jee-koom-min-haa-wa-min Kool-lay-kur-bin-thoom-ma-un-toom-toosh-ray-koo-n
Say Allah rescues you from this and from Every disaster, and then you associate partners with Him.
- قُلۡ — Qool — Say (= v., s., 2nd person. Announce; command; convey; explain; inform; state; preach; proclaim; profess; teach; tell. See Commentary “ “You say’ means ….’’ & 006:058. A/t/a, ‘Say (O Muhammad s.a.w’ and ‘Tell them’)
- اللّٰهُ — Laa-ho — Allah (= The One and the Only One Almighty God)
- يُّنَجِّيۡ — Yo-nuj-jee — Rescues (= v., pres., s., 3rd person. Recovers; saves. A/t/a, ‘delivereth’ and ‘delivers’)
- كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., 2nd person. You all men. The Holy Qor-aan addresses men and women jointly this way generally)
- مِّنۡ — Min — From (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon)
- هَا — Haa — This (= pro., s., f., 3rd person., Refers to aforesaid darks stated in the prior verse. A/t/a, ‘this,’ ‘these,’ ‘them’ and ‘these (horrors)’
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet)
- مِنۡ — Min — From (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon)
- كُلِّ — Kool-lay — Every (= All; all and everyone, time or place; entirely; wholly. A/t/a, ‘every,’ ‘every other,’ ‘all other’ and ‘all’)
- كَرۡبٍ — Kur-bin — Disaster (= n., s., Difficulty; pain; situation; trouble. A/t/a, ‘affliction,’ ‘distress,’ ‘calamity,’ ‘distresses’ and ‘afflictions’)
- ثُمَّ — Thoom-ma — Then (= After that; further more; subsequently; thereafter. A/t/a, ‘yet’ and ‘still’)
- اَنۡـتُمۡ — Un-toom — Surely you (= pro., pl., 2nd person. This is a combination of اِنۡ (Un) that means absolutely, clearly, really, surely, truly or verily and تُمۡ (toom) that is for the pronoun you. A/t/a, ‘Ye’)
- تُشۡرِكُوۡنَ — Toosh-ray-koo-na — You associate (= v., pres., pl., 2nd person. You appoint, ascribe, associate or set up equals or partners to the Almighty God. You worship imaginary gods or anything beside the Almighty God. You become idolater, Polytheist or an Unbelieving pagan. A/t/a, ‘you set up others (with Him),’ ‘you associate partners (with Him),’ ‘you associate partners with him,’ ‘attribute partners unto Him,’ ‘you worship idols,’ ‘Ye worship false gods’ and ‘you worship others besides Allah’)
