The Holy Qor-aan 006:130
وَكَذٰلِكَ نُوَلِّىۡ بَعۡضَ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ بَعۡضًاۢ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَكۡسِبُوۡنَ
Wa-ka-zaa-lay-ka-no-wul-lee-bau-dzuz-zaa-lay-me-na Bau-dzun-bay-maa-kaa-noo-yuk-say-boo-n
And this way We befriend some of the wrongdoers With others because of what they have been earning.
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet)
- كَذٰلِكِ — Ka-zaa-lay-ka — Like this (= Combines two words. كَ means ‘example, like, identical, resembling, similar.’ ذٰلِكَ means ‘all this right in here and refers to an aforesaid event, fact, person or statement. The combination means ‘even so’, ‘so it will be’, ‘such is the way of Allah’, ‘the same way’, ‘that is how’, this way.’ A/t/a, ‘Thus.’ ‘In this manner’ and ‘In the like manner’)
- نُوَلِّىۡ — No-wul-lee — We befriend (= v., pres., pl., 1st person. Make friends. A/t/a, ‘We make … to befriend,’ ‘We make … helpers,’ ‘do We set,’ ‘do We make,’ ‘do we make … Auliya (supporters and helpers),’ ‘We make,’ ‘We make … turn,’ ‘We let … have power’ and ‘We give … sway’)
- بَعۡضَ — Bau-dza — Some (= A few; a part; piece; fraction; portion; others. A/t/a, ‘to each other,’ ‘one over another’ and ‘of one another (in committing crimes)’
- الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ — Zaa-lay-mee-n– Wrongdoers (= n., pl., Bad people. Criminals. Culprits. Doers of harm, hurt or injury. Evil doers. Polytheists. Transgressors. Those who commit, do, practice, repeat or habitually pursue evil and cause grievous wrongs to others. Unfair. Unjust. Violators. Wicked. A/t/a, ‘iniquitous,’ ‘unjust,’ ‘evil-doers,’ ‘wicked’ and ‘Zalimin (polytheists and wrongdoers’)
- بَعۡضًاۢ –dzun — Some (= A few; a part; piece; fraction; portion; others. A/t/a, ‘over … the others,’ ‘over others’ and ‘of each other’)
- بِمَا — Bay-maa — Because (= Combination of two words. بِ means ‘with / in’ and مَاۤ means ‘all that, whatever, whatsoever or whenever.’ The combination بِمَا (bay-maa) means ‘because of; on account of; for the reason; due to; with / in all that)
- كَانُوۡا — Kaa-noo — Have been (= v., past., pl., m., 3rd person., Continued doing; used to; went on; were doing. Words has or had always been indicate endless continuity from the past to the present and leading into the future)
- يَكۡسِبُوۡنَ — Yuk-say-boo-n — They earning (= v., pres., pl., 3rd person. Committing; getting gains; performing; pocketing profits; receiving returns. A/t/a, ‘what they earn,’ ‘that which they do’ and ‘of what they are wont to earn.’ But nouns in ‘their wrongful deeds’ and ‘punishment for their misdeeds’ and the past tense in ‘what they earned,’ ‘what they have earned’ and ‘that which they used to earn’ are no translations of what the Holy Qor-aan has stated in the present tense)
