The Holy Qor-aan 006:148
فَاِنۡ كَذَّبُوۡكَ فَقُلْ رَّبُّكُمۡ ذُوۡ رَحۡمَةٍ وَّاسِعَةٍ ۚ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَاۡسُهٗ عَنِ الۡقَوۡمِ الۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَ
Fa in kuz-za-boo ka fa qool Rub-bo koom zo rah-ma-tin waa-say-aa-tin Wa laa yo-rud-do bau-so hoo Aa-nay il-qao-may il-mooj-ray-mee-n
So, if they belie you, then you say, Your God is of expansive mercy. And His anger can’t be pushed away From the criminal people.

- رَّبُّ — Rub-bo — GOD / LORD (= The Almighty Allah who fills all needs of all creatures. Cherisher. Creator. Guardian. Lord Provident. Master. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all other creatures need to live and subsist. See 001:002. A/t/a, ‘Lord’) ]
- كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., 2nd person. You all men. The Holy Qor-aan generally addresses this way men and women jointly)

For human beings the word is a moment of extreme discomfort and uncontrollable physical pain usually resulting in a very fast heartbeat and palpitation as in anguish, anxiety, apprehension; disquiet, distress, fear, fretfulness, nervousness, unease or worry.
