وَنَادٰٓى اَصۡحٰبُ الۡاَعۡرَافِ رِجَالًا يَّعۡرِفُوۡنَهُمۡ بِسِيۡمٰٮهُمۡ قَالُوۡا مَاۤ اَغۡنٰى عَنۡكُمۡ جَمۡعُكُمۡ وَمَا كُنۡتُمۡ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُوۡنَ

Wa  naa-daa  aus-haa-bo  ol-au-raa-fay  ray-jaa-laun                                                            Yau-ray -foo-na  hoom  bay  see-maa  hoom                                                                                  Qaa-loo  maa  augh-naa  aun  koom  jaum-o  koom                                                                    Wa  maa  koon-toom  taus-tauk-bay-roo-n

And the people on the higher grounds called                                                              People whom they recognize with their markings.                                                    They said, “Did not avail you your accumulation                                                             Or what you used to pride in”

• اَصۡحٰبُ — Aus-haa-bo … (ol) — People  (= n., pl., Occupants. A/t/a, ‘owners’)
• الۡاَعۡرَافِ — Au-raa-fay — Higher Grounds (= n., pl., Elevations. Elevated places. Higher grounds. Raised locations. A/t/a, ‘Elevated Places,’ ‘elevated places,’ ’Heights’ and ‘Al-Araf (wall)’
• رِجَالًا — Ray-jaa-laun — People (= n., Male of the mankind; male of the human beings. A/t/a, ‘men,’ ‘the men,’ ‘certain men’ and ‘certain men (from the fellows of Fire)’
• يَّعۡرِفُوۡنَ — Yau-ray-foo-na — They recognize (= v., pres., p., 3^rd person. Identify. Know. Recognize. A/t/a, ‘whom they recognise,’ ‘whose …  recognize’ and ‘who they know.’ But the future tense as in ‘whom they will recognise,’ ‘whom they would recognise’ and ‘whom they will know’ is no translation of the Holy Qor-aan Text in the present tense)
• بِ — Bay —  With (= Literally the word بِ  means with. A/t/a, ‘by’ and ‘from’)
• سِيۡمٰ — See-maa — Appearances (= n., pl., Appearances; behaviors; conditions; demeanors; lifestyle; looks; manifestations; markings; signs; unfailing signs on their faces; visible ways they talk, walk and live. Also, sign stamped on as if by a tattoo or  hot iron. A/t/a, ‘distinguishing marks,’ ‘marks’ and ‘looks’)
• هُمۡ — Hoom — Their (= pro., pl., m., 3^rd person. Those men; they; their)
• قَالُوۡا — Qaa-loo — They said (= v., past, s., m., 3^rd person. Announced; broadcast;   called; conveyed; declared; informed; specified; told. A/t/a, ‘saying’ and ‘say’)
• مَاۤ — Maa —  No (= None at all. A/t/a, ‘of no,’ ‘of what,’ ‘nothing’ and ‘neither’)
• اَغۡنٰى — Augh-naa — Did … avail (= v., past., s., 3^rd person. Advantaged. Availed. Benefited. Enriched. Filled in all needs. Freed from all wants. Gifted with the greatest. Granted plenteously. Made Independent. Turned self-sufficient. A/t/a, ‘availed’  and ‘been of any avail.’ But the present tense or nouns as in ‘avail,’ ‘profit’ and ‘benefit’ have not translated the Holy Qor-aan text in the past tense)
• عَنۡ — Aun — From (= About; concerning; regarding; relative to. A/t/a, ‘to’)
• كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., 2^nd person. You men. The Holy Qor-aan has often used this word for both men and women jointly)
• جَمۡعُ — Jaum-o — Accumulation (= n., Accumulation. Amassing . Assembling. Collection. Gathering. Hoarding A/t/a, ‘hoards,’ ‘amassings,’ ‘numbers,’ ‘multitude,’ ‘amassing of wealth,’ ‘great numbers (and hoards of wealth)’ and ‘riches’)
• كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., 2^nd person. You men. See  كُمۡ  above)
• وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases. See  وَ   above)
• مَاۤ — Maa  — Not / what (= What; whatever; whatsoever. A/t/a, ‘nor,’ ‘nor that (amassing) in which’ and ‘neither’ )
• كُنۡـتُمۡ — Koon-toom — You used to (= pro., pl., m., 2^nd person. It is a combination of two  words. The first word is  كُنۡ  which means used to, have or had been since the past. The second word is  تُمۡ that means you all men and that is how the Holy Qor-aan has addressed men and women jointly)
• تَسۡتَكۡبِرُوۡنَ — Taus-tauk-bay-roo-n — You pride (= v., pres., pl., 2^nd person. Acting arrogant, cocky and proud. Boasting. Bragging. Priding; Pluming. Swaggering. A/t/a, ‘your Arrogant ways,’ ‘arrogance,’ ‘your haughty claims,’ ‘your arrogance (against Faith)’ and ‘your scornful pride’ which are nouns, and ‘you took pride’ and ‘in which ye took your pride’ in the past tense have not translated the the Text of the Holy Qor-aan in the present tense)
