The Holy Qor-aan 026:078
فَاِنَّهُمۡ عَدُوٌّ لِّىۡۤ اِلَّا رَبَّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَۙ
Fa-in-na-hoom-aa-do-woon-lee-il-laa-rub-bul-aa-la-mee-n
So, they surely are my enemies except the Lord Provident of the Universe.

الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَنِىۡ فَهُوَ يَهۡدِيۡنِۙ
Ul-la-zee-kha-la-qa-nee-fa-ho-wa-yah-dee-nay
He Who created me. Then He Alone guides me.

وَ الَّذِىۡ هُوَ يُطۡعِمُنِىۡ وَيَسۡقِيۡنِ ۙ
Wul-la-zee-ho-wa-yoot-aiy-mo-nee-wa-yus-qee-nay
And He Who alone feeds me and gives me water to drink.

ۙ وَاِذَا مَرِضۡتُ فَهُوَ يَشۡفِيۡنِ
Wa-ezaa-ma-ridz-to-fa-ho-wa-yush-fee-nay
And when I fall sick He cures me.

وَالَّذِىۡ يُمِيۡتُنِىۡ ثُمَّ يُحۡيِيۡنِۙ
Wul-la-zee-yo-me-to-nee-thoom-ma-yoh-yee-nay
And He Who Alone brings me death. Then gives me life again.

وَالَّذِىۡۤ اَطۡمَعُ اَنۡ يَّغۡفِرَ لِىۡ خَطِٓیْــَٔـتِىۡ يَوۡمَ الدِّيۡنِ ؕ
Wul-la-zee-ut-ma-o-un-yugh-fay-ra-lee-kha-tee-aa-tee-yao-mud-dee-n
And He from whom I wish He forgives me all my mistakes on Judgment Day
