     وَاَمَّا السَّآٮِٕلَ فَلَا تَنۡهَرۡ ‏

Wa-um-mus-saa-e-la-fa-laa-tun-hur

And as far the petitioner, that you do not rebuke

• وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
• اَمَّا — Um-m…(us) — As far as (= Combination of two words. The first word اَن means ‘that.’ The second word مَا means ‘all that; whatever.’ Joined together they mean ‘whatever’ or ‘as far as’)
• السَّآٮِٕلَ — Saa-e-la — Beggar (= Petitioner or requester for help; seeker of assistance; who asks for some favor; pleads)
• فَ — Fa — That (= Consequently; as a result; then; thereafter; therefore; yet)
• لَّا — Laa — No, not (= Absolute denial; never; not at all; total negation)
• تَنۡهَرۡ — Tun-hur — Rebuke (= Chide; drive away nastily; look down upon; oppress; refuse insolently; reject insultingly; repulse; turn away unheard; dismiss summarily)
