* Note 002:133. The last eight words of verses 002:133 and 003:103 are the same. In 002:133 they are the advice of prophets Abraham and Jacob a.s to their children. In 003:103 they are the direction  to Believers to do duty to God as it should be done – appropriately, diligently and judiciously.

These eight words have also been translated as ’till your last breath you remain in the state of a total surrender’ to God Almighty’. Their essence is also conveyed in the Urdu prayer Anjaam Ba-khair Ho.
