The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                      003:083

 

فَمَنۡ تَوَلّٰى بَعۡدَ ذٰ لِكَ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ

 

Fa-mun-ta-wul-laa-bau-da-zaa-lay-ka-wa-olaa-aiy-kay-ho-mool-faa-say-qoon

 

So whoever turned away after this, then they all are the Miscreants

 

  • فَ — Fa –So (= As a result; consequently; hence; so; then; thereafter; therefore; yet. A/t/a After all this; at the end; in the final analysis; in conclusion)
  • مَنۡ — Mun — Whoever (= Anyone; who; whom; whomever; whoso)
  • تَوَلّٰى — Ta-wul-laa — Turned away (= past., s., Broke agreement, compact, covenant or pact. Changed or went in a different or opposite direction. Departed or deviated from the right path. Paid or gave no heed. Rebelled. Reversed. Slid back. Took wrong road. Turn his back. Also, acted adversely; ignored or compromised the truth; transgressed)
  • بَعۡدَ — Bau-da — After (= Afterwards; subsequent to; succeeding generations)
  • ذٰلِكَ — Zaa-lay-ka — This (= Here; refers to an aforesaid fact, person or statement; it was because; right here; such is this; that is how it is
  • فَ  — Fa — Then (= As a result; consequently; hence; so; then; thereafter; therefore;  yet. A/t/a After all this; at the end; in the final analysis; in conclusion)
  • اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ — O-laa-aiy-ka — They all (= Acts; facts, items, persons or things)
  • هُمُ — Ho-mo…(ol)  — They (= pro., pl., m., 3 rd person. Refers to the aforesaid persons)
  • الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ‏ — Faa-say-qoo-n — Miscreants (= n., pl., Who have misbelief or false religious faith. Who practice bad, abomination and contemptible   ways that are loathed by and frowned upon. See Note 003:083 below)

 

** Note 03:083. The words  الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ‏  and   الۡفٰسِقِيۡنَ   include the meanings of those who are also villains, disobedient, evildoers, lowlifes, malefactors, mischief-mongers, miscreants, rebels, reprobate, wayward, transgressors, troublemakers, wrongdoers as well as criminals, dishonest, impious, malicious offenders and scoundrels who forsake the right road to God.
