* Note 003:093.  All worships are due only to the Almighty God and are a matter between Him and His creature man. Indeed all worships inherently must be practiced without any pressure, freely, willingly, voluntarily. But many translations singled out the worship of spending in Allah’s cause as a thing to be imposed. Certain acts can be state-enforced temporal obligations disobeying  which could entail punishments. Paying tax or facing consequences as a violator may be justified  but that really is no act of worship. Clergy-imposed levy and mafia-style forcible extractions have  little semblance with a real worship. Coercive collections with the force of law is hardly what this verse mandated as the righteousness. The two are separated by a lighted big wide highway and not just with a thin red-line of difference.

Acts of worships contemplated by the types of this verse are best left in the hands of God who knows everything and must not handed over to the blind justice under the State laws or total blindness under the Mullah rules.
