The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                      055:038 to 043

 

فَاِذَا انْشَقَّتِ السَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتۡ وَرۡدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ‌ ۚ‏○   فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏○ فَيَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لَّا يُسۡـَٔـلُ عَنۡ ذَنۡۢبِهٖۤ اِنۡسٌ وَّلَا جَآنّ ۚ‏ ○ فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏○  يُعۡرَفُ الۡمُجۡرِمُوۡنَ بِسِيۡمٰهُمۡ فَيُؤۡخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِىۡ وَ الۡاَقۡدَامِ ۚ‏ ○ فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏ ○  ‏

 

38. Fa-aiy-zun-shuq-qa-tiss-sa-maa-aa-fa-kaa-nut-wur-da-ton-kud-day-haa-n                  39. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n                                    40. Fa-yao-ma-aiy-zin-laa-yoos-aa-lo-un-zun-bay-he-in-soon-wa-laa-jaa-n                  41. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n                                          42. Yoe-ra-fool-mooj-ray-moo-na-bay-se-maa-hoom                                                                           Fa-yoe-kha-za-bin-na-waa-se-wul-uq-daa-m                                                                          43. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n

 

38. So when the sky has split and would be red like raw hide                                39. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny                            40. So that day no man and no Jinn will be asked about his sin                                41. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny                            42. The wrongdoers will be recognized by their looks                                                           Then they will be caught and carried by the forelocks and feet                        43. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny

The Holy Qor-aan       055:038

فَاِذَا انْشَقَّتِ السَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتۡ وَرۡدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ ۚ‏

Fa-aiy-zun-shuq-qa-tis-sa-maa-o-fakaa-nut-wur-da-ton-kud-de-haa-n

So when the sky has split and would be red like raw hide

  • فَ — Fa — So (= After this; hence; so; then; thus; therefore)
  • اِذَاۤ —  Aiy-za(un) — When (= Any time or event; behold; call to mind, consider; recall; ponder over; reflect; remember or think of the time,  event, now that; occasion, opportunity; take into  consideration; whenever)
  • انْشَقَّتِ — Un-shuq-qa-t(iss) — Has split (= v., past., f gender., 3rd person. Burst. Cleft. Rent asunder. Torn apart. A/t/a, ‘spliteth asunder,’ ‘is rent asunder,’ ‘splits asunder’ and ‘splits up’)
  • السَّمَآءُ — Sa-maa-o — The sky (= s., All above ground or earth and in the space above. Also, clouds; heavens rains; space; water; universe;  world heights. A/t/a, ‘heaven’)
  •  فَ — Fa — Then / And      (= After this; hence; so; thus; therefore. See فَ above)
  • كَانَتۡ — Kaa-nut — Would be (= v., past., f., 3rd person. A/t/a, ‘assumes,’ ‘ becomes,’  ‘turns’ and ‘reddens’ are translations in the present tense although the Hoy Qor-aan has used the word in the past tense)
  •   وَرۡدَةً — Wur-da-ton — Red (= Red [several authors]. A/t/a, ‘rosy,’ ‘rosy hue,’ ‘rosy or red,’ ‘rose-red,’ ‘crimson’ and ‘reddens like a red rose’)
  • كَ — Ka…(ud) — Like (= Identical; resembling; similar to the one stated in prior  verse to. Take the example or similitude of)
  • الدِّهَانِ — Day-haa-n — Raw Hide (= n., Bloody-red and greasy hide right after its removal from the rest of the body of an animal. A/t/a, A/t/a, ‘ointment,’ ‘red hide,’ ‘red like red hide,’ ‘red oil, or red hide,’ ‘liquefying as paint,’ ‘red leather’ and ‘stained leather’)

○ فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏

Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n

So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny

  • فَ — Fa — So (= Hence; then; thus; at the end; in conclusion; in the final analysis; consequently; finally; resultantly; therefore)
  • بِ — Bay — With (= Literally the word  بِ  means ‘with’)
  • اَىِّ — Auy-yay — Which (= What. A/t/a, ‘Which is it’)
  • اٰلَاۤءِ — Aa-laa-aiy — Blessings (= n., pl., Donations; gifts; grants; favors; freebees; handouts. A/t/a, ‘bounties,’ ‘benefactions’ and ‘favours’)
  • رَبِّ — Rub-bay — God (= The Almighty Allah who fills needs of all creatures; Cherisher; Creator; Guardian; Master; Lord Provident. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. The Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we  and all other creatures need to live and subsist)
  • كُمَا — Ko-maa — You two (= pro., 2pl., m., 2nd person. You both or twain. You two  bands, bunches, cliques, cults or groups.. Reference is to the bodies of men and jinn. A/t/a, ‘your’ [several authors], ‘you twain (jinn and men)’ and ‘you twain (believers and disbelievers)’)
  • تُكَذِّبٰنِ — To-kuz-zay-baa-n — You both can deny (= v., 2pl., 2nd person. Belie; contradict; decline; disagree; disapprove; discredit; disprove; rebuff; refuse; turn down. A/t/a, ‘will ye deny,’ ‘will you deny,’ ‘ye twain, O men and jinn, deny,’ ‘will you twain deny, O men and Jinn,’ ‘will you both (jinn and men) deny,’ ‘would you deny’ and ‘that ye deny’)

فَيَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ لَّا يُسۡـَٔـلُ عَنۡ ذَنۡۢبِهٖۤ اِنۡسٌ وَّلَا جَآنّ ۚ‏

Fa-yao-ma-aiy-zin-laa-yoos-alo-un-zumb-bay-he-in-soon-wa-laa-jaa-n

So that day no man and no Jinn will be asked about his sin

  • فَ — Fa — So (= After this; hence; so; then; thus; therefore. See فَ above)
  • يَوۡمَ — Yao-ma — Day (= n., A period, term or time that ends; juncture. A/t/a, ‘on that day’)
  • ٮِٕذٍ — Aiy-zin — That (= This. The one being faced or present)
  • لَا — Laa — No (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute denial)
  • يُسۡـَٔـلُ — Yoos-aa-lo — Will be asked (= v., pres., pass., m. 3rd person. Interrogated, questioned, quarried or required to answer since it would be already known – documented, evidenced and witnessed. A/t/a, ‘question will be asked of’ and ‘will be asked’)
  • عَنۡ — Un — About (= Concerning; regarding; relative to. A/t/a, ‘of’)
  • ذَنۡۢبِ — Zun-bay — Sin (= n., Bad and culpable act; inappropriate conduct; crime;  error; fault; illegal act; misdeed; mistake; offence; wrong. A/t/a, ‘as to his sin [because they have already been known from their faces either white (dwellers of Paradise — true believers of Islamic Monotheism) or black (dwellers of Hell – polytheism; disbelievers, criminals)]’)
  • هٖ — He — His (= pro., s., m., 3rd person. Refers to aforesaid man or Jinn)
  • اِنۡسٌ — In-soon — Man (= The human being; mankind; the species known as man including his feminine gender woman. A/t/a, ‘mankind’)
  • وَّ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
  • لَا — Laa  — No (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute denial and total negation without exception)
  • جَآنٌّ — Jaa-n(a) — Jinn (= n., pl., Secret beings; hidden from being seen by naked human eye; fiery-natured haughty individuals. A/t/a, ‘jinni’ and ‘jinnee’)

                                         Yoe-ra-fool-mooj-ray-moo-na-bay-se-maa-hoom                                                                              Fa-yoe-kha-za-bin-na-waa-se-wul-uq-daa-m

                             The wrongdoers will be recognized by their looks                                  Then they will be caught and carried by the forelocks and feet

Sign stamped on as if by a tattoo or hot iron. A/t/a, ‘marks,’ ‘marks  (black faces)’ and ‘appearance (and expressions of their faces)’)
  • هِمۡ — Him — Them (= pro., pl., m., 3 rd person. Refers to aforesaid sinners)
  • فَ — Fa — Then (= After this; hence; so; thus; therefore. See فَ above)
  • يُؤۡخَذُ — Yoe-kha-zo — Caught (= v., pres., pass, s., 3rd person. Got hold of. A/t/a, ‘seized’ and ‘taken’)
  • بِ — B…(in) — With (= Literally the word بِ  means with)
  • لنَّوَاصِىۡ — Na-waa-see — Forelocks (= n., pl., The hair just above the forehead)

 سَنَفۡرُغُ لَـكُمۡ اَيُّهَ الثَّقَلٰنِ‌ ۚ ○  فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰن○  يٰمَعۡشَرَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ اِنِ اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ اَنۡ تَنۡفُذُوۡا مِنۡ اَقۡطَارِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ فَانْفُذُوۡا‌ؕ لَا تَنۡفُذُوۡنَ اِلَّا بِسُلۡطٰنٍ ۚ  ○  فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏ ○  يُرۡسَلُ عَلَيۡكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّنۡ نَّارٍ ۙ وَّنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنۡتَصِرٰنِ ۚ‌ ○ فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰنِ‏ ○  ‏     

 

32. Sa-nuf-ro-gho-la-koom-auy-yo-huth-tha-qa-laa-n                                                                33. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n                                        34. Yaa-mau-sha-ril-jin-nay-wul-in-say                                                                                                 Aiy-nis-ta-toom-un-tun-fo-zoo-min-uq-taa-ris                                                                               Sa-ma-waa-tay-wul-ur-dzay-fun-fo-zoo                                                                                          Laa-tun-fo-zoo-na-il-laa-bay-sool-taa-n                                                                                    35. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n                                      36. Yoor-sa-lo-alai-ko-maa-sho-waa-zoom-min-naa-rin-wa-no-haa-soon-fa-laa-tun-ta-         say-raa-n                                                                                                                                37. Fa-bay-auy-yay-aa-laa-aiy-rub-bay-ko-maa-to-kuz-zay-baa-n                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

32. Soon We will attend to you, listen both the heavy-weights!                                  33. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny                            34. Listen! You the group of Jinn and Men                                                                               If you are able to cross over the rows of                                                                               The Heavens and the Earth, then cross over                                                                     You can’t cross unless with an authorization                                                              35. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny                            36. Will be sent on you both the flame of fire and smoke; so you both won’t be          helped.                                                                                                                                      38.  So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny

 سَنَفۡرُغُ لَـكُمۡ اَيُّهَ الثَّقَلٰنِ‌ۚ‏

Sa-nuf-ro-gho-la-koom-auy-yo-huth-tha-qa-laa-n 

Soon We will attend to you, listen both the heavy-weights!

  • سَ — Sa — Soon (= The one-lettered word that turns a verb in the present tense to verb in the near term or future; in a short while; quickly; swiftly; very closely; without too long a wait. A/t/a, definitely; ‘surely’)
  •  نَفۡرُغُ — Nuf-ro-gho — We will attend (= v., pres., pl., 1st person. Give or pay full attention. A/t/a, ‘shall We apply Ourselves,’ ‘settle your affairs,’ ‘We shall dispose of,’ ‘shall We attend,’ ‘We shall reckon,’ ‘We shall judge’ and ‘shall … find time to judge’)

A/t/a, ‘O both ye worlds,’ ‘O you two armies,’ ‘O ye two dependants’ (man and jinn),’ ‘O you two big groups (of the righteous and rebellious),’ ‘O ye two big groups,’ ‘O you two classes (jinn and men),’ ‘you two mighty ones,’ ‘you two burdened! (mankind & Jinn) and ‘Mankind and jinn’)

يٰمَعۡشَرَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ اِنِ اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ اَنۡ تَنۡفُذُوۡا مِنۡ اَقۡطَارِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ فَانْفُذُوۡا‌ؕ لَا تَنۡفُذُوۡنَ اِلَّا بِسُلۡطٰنٍ‌ۚ‏

 

            Yaa-mau-sha-ril-jin-nay-wul-in-say                                                                                                  Aiy-nis-toom-un-tun-fo-zoo-min-uq-taa-ris                                                                                    Sa-maa-waa-tay-wul-ur-dzay-fun-fo-zoo                                                                                        Laa-tun-fo-zoo-na-il-laa-bay-sool-taa-n

 

            Listen! You the group of Jinn and Men                                                                               If you are able to cross over the rows of                                                                               The Heavens and the Earth, then cross over                                                                      You can’t cross unless with an authorization

           

  • يٰۤ — Yaa — Listen (= Be attentive; hearken; pay attention; O!)
  • مَعۡشَرَ — Mau-sha-r(il) — Group (= n., Assembly; band; body; cluster; crowd; collection; company; faction; gathering; multitudes; party; troop; troupe)
  • الۡجِنِّ — Jin-nay — Jinn (= n., The hidden and invisible creation. A/t/a, ‘jinn (-fiery natured) .. people‘)
  • وَ — Wa…(ul) — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
  • الۡاِنۡسِ — In-say — Man (= The human being; mankind; the species known as man  including his feminine gender woman. A/t/a ‘(ordinary) the people’)
  • اِنِ — Aiy-n..(iss) — If (= In case; under the circumstances)
  • اسۡتَطَعۡ — Iss-ta-tau — Are able (= v., pres., 2nd person. Afford; have ability, capability,  capacity or strength. A/t/a, ‘able,’ ‘power,’ ‘power to break through,’ ‘have the power and capacity,’ ‘have the capacity’ and ‘can’)

  • اَنۡ — Un — That (= So that)
  • تَنۡفُذُوۡا — Tun-fo-zoo — Cross over (= v., pres., pl., 2nd person. Break through; go beyond;  pass; transgress; transcend. A/t/a, ‘pass through’ and ‘penetrate’)
  • مِنۡ  — Min — From (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon)
  • اَقۡطَارِ — Uq-taa-r(iss) — Rows (= n., pl. Boundaries; layers; limits; lines; markings; row upon row; strips; zones. A/t/a, ‘confines,’ ‘regions’ and ‘(all) regions’)  
  •  السَّمٰوٰتِ — Sa-maa-waa-tay — The Heavens (= n., pl., Firmament. All above ground or earth and in the space above. Knowledge of the astronomical objects and geographical heights. Also, clouds, rains, skies and universe)
  • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  • الۡاَرۡضِ — Ur-dzay — Earth (= Area; country; earth; ground; land; soil; territory)
  • فَ — Fa…(un) — Then (= Hence; so; thus; after all this; in conclusion; finally; consequently; finally; resultantly; thereafter; therefore)
  • انْفُذُوۡا — Un-fo-zoo — Cross over (= v., pres., pl., 2nd person. Go beyond; go ahead; transgress. A/t/a, ‘pass through,’ ‘do go,’ ‘break through them,’ ‘by all means do so,’ ‘pass beyond (them)’ and ‘penetrate.’ See تَنۡفُذُوۡا  above)  
  • لَا — Laa — No (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute denial and total negation without exception)
  • تَنۡفُذُوۡنَ — Tun-fo-zoo-na –You cross (= v., pres., pl., 2nd person. Go beyond; transgress. A/t/a, ‘never be able to go,’ ‘never be able to pass them,’ ‘you shall not do’ and ‘Ye will never penetrate.’ See تَنۡفُذُوۡا  above)  
  • اِلَّا — Il-laa — Unless (= Apart from; but; besides; except; excluding; save)
  • بِ — Bay — With (= Literally the word بِ  means with. Sometimes English translation is appropriate by using in instead of with)
  • سُلۡطٰنٍ‌ — Sool-taa-n — Authorization (= n., Allowing; authority; decree; justification, plan; permission; power; proof; reason that is convincing; sanction; warrant. Also, king, monarch or mighty and irrefutably powerful argument or support. A/t/a,    ‘Authority,’ ‘authority’ (from Allah),’ ‘necessary and unusual power,’ ‘a power,’ ‘with (Our) sanction’ and ‘with Our own authority’)

يُرۡسَلُ عَلَيۡكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّنۡ نَّارٍ ۙ وَّنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنۡتَصِرٰنِ‌ۚ‏  

Yoor-sa-lo-alai-ko-maa-sho-waa-zoom-min-naa-rin-wa-no-haa-soon-fa-laa-tun-ta-say-raa-n 

Will be sent on you both the flame of fire and smoke; so you both won’t be helped.

مَرَجَ الۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ يَلۡتَقِيٰنِ ۙ‏ ○  بَيۡنَهُمَا بَرۡزَخٌ لَّا يَبۡغِيٰنِ ۚ ○  فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰن○  يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهُمَا اللُّـؤۡلُـؤُ وَالۡمَرۡجَانُ ۚ‏ ○ فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰن○  وَلَهُ الۡجَوَارِ الۡمُنۡشَئٰتُ فِى الۡبَحۡرِ كَالۡاَعۡلَام ۚ‏ ○  فَبِاَىِّ اٰلَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبٰن  ○ فَ         

 

  1. Ma-ra-jul-bah-rai-nay-yul-ta-qay-yaa-n
  2. Bai-na-ho-maa-bur-za-khoon-laa-yub-ghay-yaa-n

  6. And for Him are the ships spreading out in the ocean like tall mountains
  7. So with which blessings of God of you two can you both deny

مَرَجَ الۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ يَلۡتَقِيٰنِۙ‏

Ma-ra-jul-bah-rai-nay-yul-ta-qay-yaan

He made up two oceans that will meet

  •   مَرَجَ — Ma-ra-ja..(ul) — He made up (= v., past., s., 3rd person. Carved up, created, finished, organized, made, prepared, set up or structured from a prior state of chaos, clutter, confusion, disorder, jumbled up situation or nothingness. A/t/a, ‘let free,’  ‘has put … in motion,’ ‘let … flow freely,’ ‘to flow freely,’ ‘let loose,’ ‘loosed’ and ‘he has made … flow’)
  • الۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ — Bah-rai-nay — Two oceans (= n., Seas. A/t/a, ‘bodies of flowing water,’ ‘the two seas (the salt and fresh water),’ ‘two bodies of water,’ ‘the two bodies,’ ‘two oceans’ and ‘two seas’)
  • يَلۡتَقِيٰنِ — Yul-ta-qay-yaan — They meet (= v., pres., 2pl., 3rd person. Are going to become one, join, meet or merge. A/t/a, ‘They will one day meet,’ ‘they will meet,’ ‘meeting together,’ ‘they meet together,’ They meet,’ ‘they meet one another’ and ‘they will (one day) join together’)

  بَيۡنَهُمَا بَرۡزَخٌ لَّا يَبۡغِيٰنِ‌ۚ‏

Bai-na-ho-maa-bur-za-khoon-laa-yub-ghay-yaan

Between those two is a barrier that they cannot go over

  • بَيۡنَ — Bai-na — Between (= Betwixt; among; flanked by; in between.)
  • هُمَا — Ho-maa — Those two (= pro., 2pl., m., 3 rd person. Refers to aforesaid two oceans

وَّالنَّجۡمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسۡجُدٰنِ‏ ○  وَالسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الۡمِيۡزَانَۙ‏ ‏ ○  اَلَّا تَطۡغَوۡا فِى الۡمِيۡزَانِ ○   وَاَقِيۡمُوا الۡوَزۡنَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ وَلَا تُخۡسِرُوا الۡمِيۡزَانَ    

 

  1. Wun-nuj-mo-wush-sha-ja-ro-yus-jo-daa-n
  2. Wus-sa-maa-aa-ra-fa-haa-wa-wa-dza-ul-me-zaa-n

 That you do not upset the Balance

  • اَلَّا — Ul-laa — That + not (= Can’t, don’t or won’t. Not; fail to; refuse to; will not. Also, so that.  This one word is a combination of two words.  The 1st word is  اَنۡ  (un) and means that. The 2nd word is  لَا  (laa) and means never, no or not at all. Combined together they mean ‘so that’ or ‘this result is due to the reason that.’ A/t/a, ‘In order that’ and ‘that… might not’)

Verses of the Holy Qor-aan are quoted on this site with the numbers, the first set of three being the number of Soorah (Chapter) followed by the last set of three being the number of the verse. The numbers include بِسۡمِ اللهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ‏‏ as the verse #1 in every Soorah except the Soorah #9. The original Arabic word is shown first, or in Col #1.   • اَلشَّمۡسُ — Ush-shum-so — The sun (= n., The bright astronomical object or star located at the center of our solar system around which the Earth and other planets orbit and from which they receive their light and heat. The unending source of light, heat and energy necessary for life and vegetation on earth.  Spiritually, the individuals entrusted with an inner light to illuminate the lives of other humans not so gifted)
  • وَ — Wa…(ul) — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
  • الۡقَمَرُ — Ul-Qa-ma-ro — The moon (= n., Physically an astronomical body that orbits the Earth. Spiritually, a person entrusted with accurately reflecting the brightness of another who has gone and is like the moon that reflects the sun after sunset to reduce total darkness of night)
  • بِ — Bay — With (= Literally the word  بِ  means with)

 يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَطِيۡـعُوا اللّٰهَ وَاَطِيۡـعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ وَاُولِى الۡاَمۡرِ مِنۡكُمۡ‌ۚ فَاِنۡ تَنَازَعۡتُمۡ فِىۡ شَىۡءٍ فَرُدُّوۡهُ اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَالرَّسُوۡلِ اِنۡ كُنۡـتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالۡيَـوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ‌ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ خَيۡرٌ وَّاَحۡسَنُ تَاۡوِيۡلًا  

 

Yaa-auy-hul-la-zee-na-aa-ma-noo                                                                                                   Atee-ool-laa-ha-wa-atee-oor-ra-soo-la                                                                                              Wa-o-lil-um-ray-min-koom                                                                                                                  Fa-in-ta-naa-zau-toom-fee-shai-in                                                                                                Fa-rood-doo-ho-elul-laa-hay-wur-ra-soo-lay                                                                                  In Koon-toom-toe-may-noo-na                                                                                                            Bil-laa-hay-wul-yao-mil-aa-khay-ray                                                                                            Zaa-lay-ka-khai-roon-wa-ah-sa-no-tau-vee-laa

 

Listen, you all who have believed!                                                                                        You all obey Allah and you all obey the Messenger                                                          And those with the Order among you.                                                                            So, if you have a dispute in anything,                                                                              Then turn it over to Allah and the Messenger                                                                  When you have been believing                                                                                            In Allah and the Coming Day                                                                                                    This is excellent and better in after-effects

 

The Holy Qor-aan has used the Phrase Yaa-auy-yo-hul-la-zee-na-aa-ma-noo many times

  • اٰمَنُوۡۤ — Aa-ma-noo — They Believed (= v., past., pl., 3rd person. Believed in the Holy Qor-aan; became Moslems. Accepted, acknowledged, admitted or witnessed their entry in Iss-laam.   • وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; instead; more over; rather; though; when; yet; whereupon; while)

  اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَاۡمُرُكُمۡ اَنۡ تُؤَدُّوا الۡاَمٰنٰتِ اِلٰٓى اَهۡلِهَا ۙ وَاِذَا حَكَمۡتُمۡ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ اَنۡ تَحۡكُمُوۡا بِالۡعَدۡلِ‌ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُمۡ بِهٖ‌ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ سَمِيۡعًۢا بَصِيۡرًا  

 

In-na  ul-laa-ha  yau-mo-ro  koom  un                                                                                          To-waud-do  ol-aa-maa-naa-tay  aiy-laa  ah-lay  haa                                                                  Wa  ezaa  ha-kaum  toom  bai-na  un-naa-say  un  tauh-ko-moo  bay  il-ud-lay                    In-na  ul-laa-ha  nay-im-maa  ya-aiy-zo  koom  bay  he                                                            In-na  nul-laa-ha  kaa-na  sa-me-un  ba-se-raa

 

Allah certainly orders you that                                                                                          You turn over the trusts to those deserving.                                                                  And when you decide among people that you decide with justice.                            Allah is indeed excellent with what He admonishes you.                                            Surely Allah has always been the Hearer, the Seer.
