The Holy Qor-aan 003:096
قُلۡ صَدَقَ اللّٰهُ فَاتَّبِعُوۡا مِلَّةَ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ حَنِيۡفًا ؕ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ
Qool-sa-da-qul-laa-ho-fut-ta-bay-oo Mil-la-ta-ib-raa-he-ma-ha-ne-faa Wa-makaa-na-may-nul-mooh-ra-keen
Say, “Allah has told the truth. So you follow The nation of Abraham, the Righteous. And he had never been among the idolaters.
- قُلۡ — Qool — You say (= Affirm; announce; broadcast; convey; call on others; declare; elaborate; explain; expound; inform; preach; pray; profess; reply; specify; state; tell. See Commentary titled as ‘You say’ means…)
- صَدَقَ — Sa-da-qa — Told the truth (= v., past., Spoken, stated or told the truth)
- اللّٰهُ — Laa-ho — Allah (= The One and the Only One Almighty God)
- فَ — Fa — So (= As a result; consequently; hence; so; then; thereafter; therefore; yet. A/t/a After all this; at the end; in the final analysis; in conclusion)
- اتَّبِعُوۡا — Ta-bay-oo — You follow (= v., pres., pl., 2nd person. Accept religion. Adopt lifestyle. Act upon, carry out, copy, duplicate, immolate, obey, pursue, replicate or support the assigned, enforced, given, laid out. mandated or prohibited act, command, course or line of action, direction, instruction, mandate, order, task or way. Fall in rank behind and yield to)

- مِلَّةَ — Mil-la-ta — Nation (= n. Followers; lifestyle; sure-footed and well-dug way of Life.
- اِبۡرٰهٖمَ — Ib-raa-he-ma — Abraham (= The name of a Messenger / Prophet of Allah)
- حَنِيۡفًا — Ha-nee-fa — Righteous (= Forever inclined towards and always bent towards the Almighty Allah in worshiping Him. Upright. Worshiper of the One and the Only One God)
The next five (5) words are repeated in verses 002:136. 003:068 and 003:096
- وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
- مَاۤ — Maa — Never (= Absolutely not; no; not at all)
- كَانَ — Kaa-na — Had been (= v., Conveys continuation from the past to the present to the future – like ‘continued doing’ or ‘went on doing’)
- مِنَ — May-n…(ul) — Among (= From the class, category, count, kind, persons or out of)
- الۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ — Moosh-ray-keen — The idolaters (= n., m., pl., Men who ascribe, associate or set up equal or partners to God Almighty Allah. Men who worship imaginary gods or anything other than the Almighty God. Polytheists. Unbelieving pagan men. See our Commentary Abraham was not an idolater)
