The Holy Qor-aan                                                                                                           007:035

وَلِكُلِّ اُمَّةٍ اَجَلٌ‌ۚ فَاِذَا جَآءَ اَجَلُهُمۡ لَا يَسۡتَاۡخِرُوۡنَ سَاعَةً‌ وَّلَا يَسۡتَقۡدِمُوۡنَ‏

Wa  lay  kool-lay  om-ma-tin  aa-ja-loon                                                                                          Fa  aiy-zaa  jaa-aa  aa-ja-lo  hoom                                                                                                  Laa  yaus-tau-khay-roo-na  saa-aa-taun                                                                                          Wa  laa  yaus-tauq-day-moo-n

And every nation has a fixed term.                                                                                      So, when their term has come to an end                                                                      They can’t delay it a moment                                                                                              Nor could it extend. 

• وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., It links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but; also; more over; though; when; while; yet)
• لِ — Lay — For (= For the object, person, purpose or reason of; intended for; meant for; on account of; concerning; regarding; relative to. A/t/a, ‘has,’ ‘to,’ ‘for (the end of)’ and ‘is fixed for’)
• كُلِّ — Kool-lay  — Every (= All; all and every one, time or place; entirely; wholly)
• اُمَّةٍ — Om-ma-tin — Nation (= n., Community; group of people; large body of people; the world. A/t/a, ‘people’)
• اَجَلٌ — Aa-ja-loon — Term (= Duration; period. A/t/a, ‘its term,’ ‘term appointed,’ ‘there is a term,’ ‘there is a term fixed,’ ‘appointed term’ and ‘space of time’)
• فَ — Fa — So (= Consequently; so; thereafter; therefore; then; thus; yet. A/t/s, ‘and’ and ‘So that’)
• اِذَا — Aiy-zaa — When (= At the time or event; call to mind; recall; remember; think of the time, event, occasion or opportunity)
• جَآءَ — Jaa-aa — Came (= v., past., s., 3^rd person. Arrived; reached; returned. In different contexts the word can mean achieved, brought, delivered, settled or succeeded. A/t/a, ‘comes,’ ‘cometh,’ ‘is come,’ ‘is reached,’ ‘arrives’ and ‘expires’, but all translations in the present tense failed to accurately translate the text in the past tense used in the Holy Qor-aan)
• اَجَلُ — Aa-ja-lo — Term (= Duration; period. See  اَجَلٌ  above. A/t/a, ‘time’  and ‘hour’)
• هُمۡ‌ — Hoom — Their (= pro., pl., m., 3^rd person. Those men; they; theirs)
• لَا — Laa — Not (= Naught; neither; never; none; nor; not at all; absolute denial and total negation without exception. A/t/a, ‘Neither’)
• يَسۡتَاۡخِرُوۡنَ — Yaus-tau-khay-roo-na — Will be able to postpone (= v., pres., pl., 3^rd person. Delay; decrease; make late; postpone; tard. A/t/a, ‘they can remain behind.’ For this and the  prior word together, ‘they cannot tarry behind,’ ‘they cannot put it off,’ ‘they cannot delay,’ ‘shall not put at back,’ ‘shall they hold back,’ ‘can they cause delay’ and  ‘can they delay’)
• سَاعَةً‌ — Saa-aa-taun — An hour (= n., Appointed or Fixed Time; Day of Judgment; Time for Final Accounting. A/t/a, ‘the least while,’ ‘a single moment,’ ‘a single hour,’ ‘single moment (to avoid it),’ ‘an hour,’ ‘an hour (or a moment,’ ‘a single hour’ and ‘for one moment’)
• وَّ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See  وَ   above)
• لَا — Laa — Not (= Naught; neither. See لَا above. A/t/a, ‘nor’)
• يَسۡتَقۡدِمُوۡنَ  — Yaus-tauq-day-moo-n — Will be able to prolong (= v., pres., pl., 3^rd person. Bring up earlier; extend; increase. A/t/a, ‘can they precede (it),’ ‘can they get ahead of it,’ ‘yet advance it,’ ‘can they advance it,’ ‘can they get ahead (of it to escape from it),’ ‘put it forward by a single hour,’ ‘(an hour) can they advance (it in anticipation)’ and ‘can they go before it’)
