The Holy Qor-aan 007:085
وَاَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ مَّطَرًا ؕ فَانْظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَ
Wa um-taur-naa aa-lai him ma-ta-raun
Fa un-zoor kai-fa kaa-na aa-qay-ba-to ol-mooj-ray-mee-n
And we poured on them a very heavy pouring of rain
So look at how had been the fate of the criminals.

- اَمۡطَرۡنَا — Aum-taur-naa — We poured (= v., past., p., 1st person. Caused, decanted, discharged, or let it … rain, drench and lash.
