The Holy Qor-aan 007:091
وَقَالَ الۡمَلَاُ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ قَوۡمِهٖ لَٮِٕنِ اتَّبَعۡتُمۡ شُعَيۡبًا اِنَّكُمۡ اِذًا لَّخٰسِرُوۡنَ
Wa qaa-la ul-ma-la-ol la-ze-na ka-fa-roo min qao-may he
La aiy-nay it-ta-bau toom sho-ai-baun
In-na koom aiy-zaun la kha-sa-roo-n
And the chiefs of his people who disbelieved said,
“Surely if you follow Shoaib,
You certainly then are among the losers.”

Next seven (7) words are repeated in four (4) verses except for
كَفَرُوۡا in 007:067 & 007:091 and اسۡتَكۡبَرُوۡا in 007:076 & 007:089
- قَا لَ — Qaa-la … (ul) — Said (= v., past., s., m., 3rd person. Announced; called; conveyed countered; declared; stated or told. See 002:031. A/t/a, ‘said (to their people)’
- الۡمَلَاُ — Ma-la-o — The leaders (= n., pl., Bosses; chiefs; family-heads; gurus; heroes; generals; people in the forefront. A/t/a, ‘The leaders,’ ‘chief men,’ ‘the chiefs,’ ‘chiefs,’ ‘leading men’ and ‘chieftains’)
- ٱلَّذِينَ — Aul-la-ze-na — Those who (= pl., m, 3rd person. Refers to those articles, persons, or phenomenon or things in masculine gender)
- كَفَرُوۡا — Ka-fa-roo — They disbelieved (= v., past, pl., 3rd person. Denied, refused or rejected the Faith and belief in Allah, the Holy Qor-aan, Iss-laam and become Moslem. For more meanings see our Commentary Believe and Disbelieve. A/t/a, ‘were disbelieving.’ But the noun as in ‘infidel’ and ‘the Unbelievers’ has not translated the verb in the past tense used in the Holy Qor-aan text)
- مِنۡ — Min — From (= Among, from or out of the class or category of several articles, counts, kind, things, persons or phenomenon. A/t/a, ‘among’ and , ‘from among’)
- قَوۡمِ — Qao-may — People (= n., s., Addressees; attendees; fellows; followers; folks; nation; party; people; tribe)
- هٖ — He — His (= pro., s., m., 3rd person. Refers to the aforesaid person)

- لَ — La — Surely (= Absolutely; certainly; definitely; doubtlessly; earnestly indeed; positively; really; truly; verily)
- ٮِٕنِ — Aiy-nay … (it) — If (= In case; under the circumstances; when; whenever)
- اتَّبَعۡ — Ta-bau — Followed (= v., past., s. 3rd person. Acted on or carried out the given directions or instructions. Believed. Fell in rank. Followed, obeyed and supported the Commandments, Prohibitions, orders and other mandates laid down. Yielded to. See Note 007:019. A/t/a, but ‘follow’ in the present tense is no translation of the past tense used in the Holy Qor-aan text)
- تُمۡ — Toom — You (= pro., pl., 2nd person. You. A/t/a, ‘ye’)
- شُعَيۡبًا — Sho-aiy-baun — Sho-aib (= The name of a Messenger / Prophet of Allah. A/t/a, ‘Shu’aib,’ ‘Shu’eyb’ and ‘Shoaib’)

- كُمۡ — Koom — You (= pro., pl., 2nd person. You all. A/t/a, ‘ye’)
- اِذًا –Aiy-zaun … (l) — Then (= At the time or event. Behold. Consider. Ponder. Reflect. A/t/a, ‘then’)
- لَّ — La — Surely (= Absolutely; certainly; definitely. Se لَ above)
- خٰسِرُوۡنَ — Khaa-say-roo-n — The Losers (= n., pl., Duds; failures; has-beens; real and total failures; losers; those who have lost. The Holy Qor-aan text here used a noun but various translators added verbs in the present or future tenses as ‘you … are losers’, ‘shall … be the losers,’ ‘will … be the losers,’ ‘will … be losers,’ ’will be the losers,’ ‘shall be the losers’ and ‘are ruined’)
