لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَهَا ‌ؕ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتۡ وَعَلَيۡهَا مَا اكۡتَسَبَتۡ‌ؕ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَاۤ اِنۡ نَّسِيۡنَاۤ اَوۡ اَخۡطَاۡنَا ‌ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَيۡنَاۤ اِصۡرًا كَمَا حَمَلۡتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِنَا ‌‌ۚرَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖ‌ ۚ وَاعۡفُ عَنَّا وَاغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَارۡحَمۡنَا اَنۡتَ مَوۡلٰٮنَا فَانۡصُرۡنَا عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ‏

Laa  yo-kul-lay-fo  ol-laa-ho  nuf-sun  il-laa  woos-aa-haa                                                         La  haa  maa  ka-sa-but  wa  alai  haa  maa  uk-ta-s-but                                                              Rub-ba  naa  laa  to-aa-khiz  naa                                                                                                         In  na-see  naa  auo  akh-tau  naa                                                                                                     Rub-ba  naa  wa  laa  tah-mil  alai  naa  iss-run                                                                            Ka  maa  ha-mul-ta  hoo  alul  la-zee-na  min  qub-lay  naa                                                      Rub-ba  naa  wa  laa  to-hum-mil  naa  maa  laa  taa-qa-ta  la  naa  bay  he                          Wa  u-fo  un-naa  wa-ugh-fer  la  naa  wa  ur-hum  naa                                                                Un-ta  mao-laa  naa  fa  un-soor  naa  alul  qao-may  il-kaa-fay-ree-n

Allah does not burden any soul beyond its capacity.                                                     For it is what it earned.  And against it is what it earned.                                         God of us all, please do not take us to task                                                                    When we err forgetfully or err intentionally.                                                            God of us all, and please do not load upon us a burden                                                 Like You had loaded it upon those before us.                                                                  God of us all and do not load upon us for which we have no strength.                  And pardon us. And forgive us. And have mercy on us.                                          You are our protecting Master. So, help us against ungrateful persons.

The Rule in verse 002:187 in seven (7) words is repeated in verse 006:153 in six (6) words

• لَا — Laa — Does not (= Absolute denial; never; not at all; total negation)
• يُكَلِّفُ — Yo-kul-lay-fo — He burdens (= v., pres., s., 3^rd person. Charges, imposes or loads with a duty. Inconveniences. Put to hardship. Requires. Tasks. Saddles with responsibility)
• اللّٰهُ — Laa-ho — Allah (= The Almighty God; The only One worthy of worship)
• نَفۡسًا — Nuf-sun — Any soul (= Anyone; an individual’s heart, mind or soul)
• اِلَّا — Il-laa — Beyond (= Apart from; besides; excluding; except; save; unless)
  
• وُسۡعَ — Woos-aa — Capacity (= Ability to bear; prowess; scope; what is bearable)
• هَا — Haa — Its (= pro., s., f., 3^rd person., Refers to aforesaid soul)
  
• لَ — La — For (= The benefit, credit or reward for; requited or rewarded due to; receives every good; the good results)
  
• هَا — Haa — It (= pro., s., f., 3^rd person., Refers to aforesaid soul)
  
• مَاۤ — Maa — What (= All that; whatever; whatsoever. A/t/a ‘every good’)
• كَسَبَتۡ — Ka-sa-but — It earned (= Achieved; deserved; harvested; incurred; merited; reaped; secured; won)
• وَ — Wa — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses; additionally; but also; more over; though; when; while; yet; whereupon)
  
• عَلَيۡ — Alai — Against (= Against it is the debit, discredit or punishment. Above; for; on top of; on; over; upon. Consequence of the ill done. Also, incurs; obligates; suffers; subjects oneself to, or takes on)
  
• هَا — Haa — Its (= pro., s., f., 3^rd person., Refers to aforesaid soul)
  
• مَاۤ — Maa … (uk) — What (= All that; whatever; whatsoever. A/t/a ‘every good’ )
• اكۡتَسَبَتۡ — Uk-ta-sa-but — It earned (= Achieved; deserved; harvested; incurred; merited; reaped; secured; won)
• رَبَّ — Rub-ba — GOD / LORD (= The Almighty Allah who fills all needs of all creatures. Cherisher. Creator. Guardian. Lord Provident. Master. The Only One Who provides all that sustains life. Ultimate Provider of air, water, food and whatever we and all other creatures need to live and subsist. See 001:002  This name of God followed by the word  نَا  (naa) for ‘us or our’ has been translated quite inconsistently as ‘Lord” (in verses 002:287, 003:009, 003:193, 003:194 and other places) and ‘Our Lord’ (in verses 003:010 among other places)  
• نَآ — Naa — All of us  (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
• لَا — Laa — No, not (= Absolute denial; never; not at all; total negation)
• تُؤَاخِذۡ — To-aa-khiz — Take to task (= v., Arrest; be angry condemn; disgrace; humiliate; punish. A/t/a, Catch; grab; seize; pounce upon)
  
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• اِنۡ — In — When (= If the situation arises; in case; under the circumstances)
• نَّسِيۡ — Na-see — Err forgetfully (= v., Accidently or unintentionally bypass, ignore, sin, become oblivious or lapse into making a mistake. See  002:082 for more depth and details of the word)
• نَآ — Naa — We (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
• أَوۡ — Auo — Or (= Alternatively)
• اَخۡطَاۡ — Akh-tau — We err willfully (= v., Deliberately or intentionally fall into error, miss the mark, make a mistake or commit a sin. See also 002:082 for more depth and details of the word)
  
• نَآ — Naa — We (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
• رَبَّ — Rub-ba — God (= The Almighty Allah. See  رَبَّ  above)

• تَحۡمِلۡ — Tah-mil — Load (= v, Burden, charge, entrust, impose, lay, levy, place, put or saddle with the duty, task, weight, responsibility or an affliction)
• عَلَيۡ — Alai — On (= Above; against; for; on top of; over; subject; upon)
  
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• اِصۡرًا — Iss-run — Burden (= Assignment; responsibility; task; weight)
• کَمَا — Ka-maa — Just like (= Combination of two words.  The first word  كَ  means ‘as if it were; like; resembling; similar to’.  The second word  مَا  means ‘all that, what, whatever, whatsoever.’  Together as  کَمَا  the word means ‘as if it were; identical; just as; just the way; like it was; resembling; even as; in fashion, manner, method or style; similar’)
  
• حَمَلۡ — Ha-mul — Loaded (= v., Burdened, charged, entrusted, imposed, laid, levied, put or saddled with the duty, task, weight, responsibility or an affliction)
• تَ — Ta — You (= pro., s., m., 2^nd person. Refers to the Almighty God)
  
• هٗ — Hoo — It (= pro., s., m., 3^rd person. Refers to the said burden, اِصۡرًا )
• عَلَى — Ala … (ul) — Upon (= Above; for; on; over; upon)
• ٱلَّذِينَ — La-zee-na — Those who (= Reference is to ‘all those men, masculine gender’)
• مِنۡ — Min — Since (= From the class, category, count, people, places or out of)
• قَبۡل — Qub-lay — Before (= Antecedently; earlier; prior to. It applies to all people  who before Moslems given scripture or divine code. Some translators have limited the impact of this verse to only a couple of religions they named. A/r/a, ‘Jews and Christians’)
  
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• رَبَّ — Rub-ba — God (= The Almighty Allah. See  رَبَّ  above)
• نَآ  — Naa — All of us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)

• لَا — Laa — Do not (= Absolute denial; never; not at all; total negation)
• تُحَمِّلۡ — To-hum-mil — You load (= Burden, charge, entrust, impose, lay, levy, put or saddle with an affliction, duty, task, responsibility or weight)
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• مَاۤ — Maa — What (= All that; whatever; whatsoever)
• لَا — Laa — Do not (= Absolute denial; never; not at all; total negation)
• طَاقَةَ — Toa-qa-ta — Strength (= Ability, capability, power or prowess to bear)
• لَ — La — For (= For the benefit, purpose, reason or intended for us)
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• بِ — Bay — With (= The literal equivalent of this word in English is ‘with’.  Also translated appropriately is with relative to or suited for)
• هٖ — Hee — It (= pro., s., m., 3^rd person. Refers to said burden, مَا لَا طَاقَةَ)
• وَ — Wa … (u) — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  
• اعۡفُ — Au…fo — Pardon (= v., Absolve, blot out, efface, excuse, give a pass, look the other way or overlook our errors, faults, mistakes, sins or wrongs)
  
• عَنۡ — Un — From (= Concerning; regarding; relative to)
• نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• وَ — Wa … (ugh) — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
  
• اغۡفِر — Ugh-fer — Forgive (= v., 2^nd person. Absolve; cleanse; excuse; give a pass; get rid of sins; grant protection; overlook; pardon; protect from the consequences of past sins; save from from sinning in the future; wipe off clean. Also, grant our begging, beseeching, having good desires, imploring, praying, requesting, seeking and trying to be excused,  forgiven and granted reprieve)
  
• لَ — La — For (= For any item, person or thing)
• نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• وَ — Wa … (ur) — And (= Conj., links words, phrases or clauses. See وَ  above)
• ارۡحَمۡ — Ur-hum — Have Mercy (= v., Give, grant or show clemency.  Compassionate leniency granted to a convict who appropriately deserved avenging, punishment and requital)
• نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• اَنۡتَ — Un-ta — You (= pro., s., m., 2^nd person. Refers to the Almighty God)
• مَوۡلٰٮ — Mao-laa — Master (= Friend. Guide. Leader. Patron. Protector. Supporter)
• نَآ — Naa — Our (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• فَ — Fa … (un) So (= As a result; consequently; then; thereafter; therefore; yet)
• انۡصُر — Un-soor — Help (= Empower; guide; support; strengthen; succor; triumph. A/t/a, give or grant the succor or victory)
  
• نَآ — Naa — Us (= pro., pl., 1^st person. We / Us)
  
• عَلَى– Al … (ul) — Against (= Above; for; on; over; upon)
• الۡقَوۡمِ — Qao-may…(il) — People (= All; folks; group; nation; party; people; tribe)
• الۡکٰفِرِيۡنَ — Kaa-fay-ree-n — The ungrateful (= n., pl., 1. Non-appreciating; thankless; unappreciative; who abuse, misuse, refuse, fail to use, or gratefully acknowledge and utilize any of the many God-given blessings, gifts, opportunities or talents provided to them. 2. Deniers; disbelievers; faithless; heretics, infidels; non-believers; rejecters of the Faith; resistors to God; unbelievers. Also, those who stand against the Faith of Islam. Some translators have limited this word to mean only those who deny, disbelieve, refuse or reject the Faith of Islam, belief in Allah and the Holy Qor-aan, and become Moslems.
